Mindfulness Club

 

“Mindfulness club is a safe and inclusive place for students to explore different aspects of spirituality together, including Yoga, meditation, earth philosophy, lucid dreaming, eastern arts, and many other disciplines. The club meets once a week in Mrs. Fowler’s room (23) at lunch on Friday to share an activity. Out-of-school trips are still in the planning, including a monthly star-gazing in collaboration with astronomy club and a sweat lodge at a Buddhist meditation center. Much of mindfulness is generated by the input of its members, and so we encourage everyone who feels that they have something to teach to share it with the rest of the club. Hope to see you there!
